      Really fed up now!

When I first connected to sky max on 4/10 I was getting about 2048kbs on my Ubuntu system and only 76kbs on my ibook. I didn't think it could get slower but today I'm only getting 53kbs on Ubuntu. UKOnline dialup was more reliable at 52kbs. I'm a newbie and thought I could just plug in and whizz along. Should I just dump Sky whilst I still can?

How did you manage to get this working on Ubuntu? For some reason, sky broadband doesn't seem to work for me. Ubuntu cannot seem to connect via the Networking tool.

      Thanks.
