      Date Query

At the moment I have BT phone line & Plusnet Broadband
My Sky Broadband goes live on 27th Feb but my Sky phone line does not go live until 1st March. So I am confused. Is this 2 Sky departments not talking to each other or does the Sky Broadband just take over on a BT line until they change that to Sky.
      Thanks

I have Sky BB on a BT line, and afaik I could get Sky Line Rental, so I would assume, it is possible to have your new BB before the new line so to speak.

According to reports from recent joiners, that seems to be what is happening. Were you asked for a MAC?

      Re: Date Query

I was never asked for a MAC but while I was going through My Account I found a reference to it and filled in the box with the MAC code. Very poor that I was never asked for it and I came across it by chance.

I think you'll find Sky get confused with dates .
They were still sending me letters telling me my phone line would be connected on the 20th of January at the beginning of February .
