      Maidenhead Exchange Broadband Down?

      Anyone know anything about this? I have been off line for 16 hours and phoning Sky I have an automated comment that "we know there is a fault and will be back in 4 hours" - but on the Broadband status it does not identify a problem?

      Is this just me or is it general?

      If you are getting an automated response it will be an exchange problem. All you can do is wait it out.

      Always seems good to post and things seem to happen - after 16 hours down back up within an hour of posting.

      Hope the service is not getting too flaky --- second time in six months down with exchange issues - but would have been good if Sky could have posted the issue on their Broadband Status page - which said no problems.......
