From Be* to sky advice please

      Hi All

Yet another DLM question... last night my router didn't drop and re-connect so I presume DLM has ended on my line? It says on the info page it will end on 28th. Perhaps there's one final disconnect and they'll bump me up, but I doubt it now with 2 days left. Basically should I call sky and ask them for a bit of extra speed (see included photo's) I know I can't get a 4db snr but at 7 I should be around 16? I'm only getting 10 and with an attenuation of 24.5 I think I'd expect a little more.

I'll probably wait till after the 28th for a final decision but if anyone from Sky reads this and see I was connected without dropping for 600+ hours at 3.6db maybe they'll flick my switch

      Thanks a lot

      John

Seeing as your SNR is still Sky high then a quick call to Sky will sort you out if it hasn't increased by the 28th

Re: From Be* to sky advice please

Just returning to thank everyone on the forum who has answered my questions about the DLM process, probably something they're sick of doing.

A quick call to sky raised me to 15meg so that'll do.

      Thanks all

      John

Didn't fancy wait for DLM to finish?

Re: From Be* to sky advice please

It hadn't re-synched for 54 hours so I thought it'd ended. It was 10 days today anyway, or maybe I was just impatient
