      Back from Hols and back to dialup.

      Oh dear, just got back from holiday to find that my Sky broadband isn't working.
      No broadband signal on the box. Rang Sky and they issued me a ticket number and said that someone will contact me in 2-3 days (forgot to ask if that was working days although I assume it is).

      But then again maybe not thats bad news real sorry to hear that lets hope they get you fixed asap.

      Some Advice.. Its always advisable to inform your old ISP as soon as you have migrated that you have moved.

      I think the problem may be with the router. I just tried my old Alcatel USB modem and the synch liight stays solid green suggesting the connection to the exchange is fine. I'll ring Sky later and let them know. Just a pity I can't use the modem in the meantime.
