      Btw, what type of security connection are you using? Wpa2-PSK? does it matter what kind of security connection you use?

      Hi, please be careful about talking about sky's staff in this way. It is not their fault personally and probably more to do with the poor training they have received.

      funny thing is that. we have 3 laptops 1 is working fine without any drop outs, but the other 2 are not.
