      Must be the only person I've ever seen this promised to around four years at Sky. Not to sound pessimistic, but I'm very sceptical about you being rolled back, not even mentioning fastpath and being uncapped past what Sky offer for customers.

      If they are doing an SVBN roll back then I presume you were made aware that your broadband gets ceased immediately and you could be without service for up to 45 days!

      I read your post thinking "No! No! No!"

      If its been done then it cannot be reversed once in progress.
