      No go, I'll have to wait until the skypass website is back up.

      *EDIT AGAIN*

      Scrap that, did some reading and realised I'd not set the VPI/VCI etc.

      I'm connected now but my SNR is 12.9 and syncing at 1249kbp now compared to the 7.X and 14XXkbps it was at earlier on the Sagem. Is that likely to be down to the fact its nearly 6pm?

      First try rebooting the router. If the speed des not improve, call Sky and ask them to lift the cap on your line. Tell them you have made improvements to your wiring and think your line can now get more. You might also ask them to try your line on G.DMT(ADSL1) as it may perform better.
