      Vyprvpn access with Sagem Router

      Hi
      I am trying to use Goldenfrog Vyprvpn with my Sky sagem router.
      The vpn is configured with mu log in details from Giganews. I have tested this vpn and it's access when I was with Virgin broadband and it works fine.

      However, I have changed to Sky unlimited and the VPN will not work.
      Is there a block in the Sky router supplied?

      Any help would be useful

      It is possible that the Sky router you are using does not support the VPN software. Many members have specific issues in this area. What you could do though is to make use of your Virgin Cable router and configure that to be the one which controls your LAN.

      Take a look at the thread below and try connecting through the Virgin router to see if this resolves the problem.
