      Are there no alternative sites ?
      Have you tried MRMT32 Router Tool? Remember it defaults to the GT so you must make sure you have the correct router type selected. Be careful with the serial number too as it is very easy to mistake a B for an 8.

      Cheers, thanks for this..

      I installed the tool but found that the Webadmin tool would not show any options until I upgraded Microsoft .Net Framework to V3 with SP1 and then manually edited the config file held in the program directory.

      After this, it connected.

      I entered the router type, MAC address (from the bottom of the router, without ( and the serial number (again from the bottom of the router)

      I now have a username and password and will try to use it on anothe router tommorow.

      I'll keep you posted and let you know how I get on..

      I have had a reply off James, and the website should be back up hopefully over the next week or so. He has changed servers and he has to recompile something so the coding will work.

      The Sky Router tool works a treat. After making the changes which I mentioned elseware.

      Today I tried the obtained username and password on a Netgear WRN3500 and it worked a treat. The new non sky router connected without any problems.

      Thanks for eveyones help in this matter.
