Hillary, that's good that you're here to help, but I don't understand how this bit is true:

We just know more about broadband than both teams and have had more training than them, whenever they have a question they turn to us

In which case CST has gone downhill as when I was in the original Tier 3 support (and then onto CST) we didn't have to ask anyone for help unless it was network related

Personally speaking I know that there are good people at each level, as well as some people who shouldn't really be answering the phones.

Sky does appear to have a good level of support, but when it comes to the techy stuff, the best thing is to just join in. You'll soon find who has a good knowledge and can communicate it for others in a manner that they can understand understand.

Sky Fibre Unlimited Pro: Connected at 80,000 kbps / 20,000 kbps
Previous ADSL2+ Speed 19999 kbps 1153 kbps, Line Attenuation 17.5 db 6.9 db, Noise Margin 7.5 dB 8.7 dB
      Speedtest: 17.15MB/s 0.97Mb/s Ping 31 ms

Hilary, you may not be aware of it but we do have Official Sky Teams posting on here. If you intend to give help officially maybe you should post with the Teams. Though they may not be amused by you claiming to have more knowledge than them

I must say your answer to the only question posted to you does not show much knowledge.
