My father has been experiencing slowdowns at peak times (evening/weekend) for the last 5 days. He's syncing with the exchange (West Ayton) at over 8Mb, however actual speeds are sometimes as low as 300K at peak times. He's on Sky unlimited.

There is also someone on Sky's forums, who's connected to the Cayton Bay exchange (a few miles down the road from the West Ayton exchange) that's suffering the exact same problem, also starting 5 days ago.

Just wondering if there was anyone on either of these exchanges that are suffering the same problem?

It seems strange that it has just dropped off a cliff 5 days ago. I would have thought if it was congestion then it would have deteriorated over time?

Here's his router stats. As you can see that all seems fine.
