Going to amend what I said earlier about their customer service and say it definitely depends on who you speak to - luck of the draw I guess.......
Had to phone them this morning and the lady I spoke to was about as unhelpful and an attitude to go with it, that was the complete opposite of the bloke I spoke to a few days back. In the end I suggested it was better for both of us if I phone back another time (and hopefully speak to someone else). I know I'll calm down by then, but right now I just feel like packing sky broadband in. Just shows what effect good and bad agents can have.
