      Some Advice.. Its always advisable to inform your old ISP as soon as you have migrated that you have moved.

      the password and user have to be entered as shown on the letter.
      if you got upper case letters use upper case. lower case use lower case
      i had that problem at first, untill i entered it as shown

      Guys - Thank you so much for this post. I have been struggling to get email working and to get into the skybroadband portal. Your post that noted that some zeros may be 'O's made me try a lower case L 'l' instead of what I thought was a 1 and bingo I'm in !

      Now I just need to see if I can sort out the speed issues. Any advice on which speedchecker to use and how you read the results would be greatly appreciated.

      Open question to anybody who may know about these sorts of things.Have just completed bandwidth test and got readings of 6283 kbps for download and 330 kbps for upload.As I don't have much idea about the speed issue are these readings pretty fair?Got activated 4/10 and so far everything seems to be going ok.

      For an up to 8MB package they are quite good Stevie lets hope they stay like that
