Why is DLM running again only 2 months since last?

Hey guys, when my Sky Broadband was activated on 1st September, DLM began running several days after and although Sky initially connected us at stable 4096kbps when line management began we were moved to ADSL2+ and for around 10 days the speed was getting lower and lower, reaching just over 2000kbps by the end of it. As advised here, I then phoned Sky and asked them to switch me to G.DMT as ADSL2+ wasn't doing me any favours at all and asked for the line to be manually adjusted to 4mb. It took some persuading but they gave in and did the changes and I have to say since then I've been very happy with the 4 meg speed.

Tonight I decided to login to MySky and on the broadband page I noticed it said

Testing on your broadband connection began on 24/11/2011 and will be completed within 10 days.

So I've actually been unaware for the past 5 days or so that DLM has actually been running, only 2 months after it happened the first time. Is there any reason for this? I really wanted to avoid it running again in fear that the same problem would occur in that the line speed will lower itself all the way down to under 2 meg.

Here are my line stats tonight, can anything be identified from them. Have they put me back on ADSL2+ ?

Connection Speed 4096 kbps 796 kbps
Line Attenuation 55.0 dB 33.1 dB
Noise Margin 6.3 dB 10.0 dB

Chances are there are enough errors on the line to cause DLM to kick in. And yes you're on ADSL2+
