      whhhooooshhhhhh........fail!

      Hi,
      I just failed a "whoosh test" with Sky TS after enquiring why my reported speeds of 7516kbps are returning 686kbps. They didnt know what the test was, clearly I didnt either! Does anyone know........wheelie?

      Oh dear not good Whoosh Test is The final test of line quality but I am not to sure how or why they sometimes fail.

      I will see if I can find any info on it for you

      Some Advice.. Its always advisable to inform your old ISP as soon as you have migrated that you have moved.

      Not a lot to find as far as LLU tests go but did find these sites

      Blimey,
      While I was drowning me sorrow's Sky have been busy! Woke up today and my speed has rocketed to 6mb!

      At last, I'm not moaning about something! Wonder what they did overnight to resolve it?

      @ garyb

      I noticed my speed was better yesterday evening, in fact general web surfing and watching videos online was not affected at all. My speed according to Speedtest was still down but as long as it doesn't interfere with things to much than I am not bothered.

      lol.. people are probably gonna hate me for posting this again! Speedtest are never acurate as the hosted file is only like 5mb.. which is no good for testing a 16mb connection!
