Really? That's pretty good of sky most companies I have dealt with wheel out our friends in Bangalore at the weekends to avoid paying enhanced British wages at the weekend! Bit later now anyway, I'm on nights ATM and went to sleep earlier! Will report my findings tomorrow. My BB only went live on the 19th I presume I have given it sufficient time to settle by tomorrow?

Hopefully DLM will be running correctly and you should have some useful stats to prove it. If you can post your latest stats with the up times as well, this would be confirmed.

As for Sky's call centres, unlike a certain large rival, most of Sky's Call Centres are based in the UK, with several in Northern Ireland and Scotland.

The only time that you would get transferred to a call centre in India is at night or during some Bank Holidays.

Absolutely no change so DLM finished I guess. Do you recommend trying ADSL 1 first or gamer profile?
      Thanks

It does appear that the DLM process has completed. You should be able to confirm this by visiting your My Sky page.

Talk with the person on the telephone. See what that can get from your line.

Mention that you would like to increase your connection speed and that you would like a faster connection as you play games and see what they can do.
