      I have just got the full version of router stats and found something very interesting. All this seems to be being caused by my upstream noise margin dropping constantly. I will post an attachment of what is happening. Does anyone know what this means?

      Noise on the line or a router fault. A good quality filter will often help, but if you unplug everything from the phone circuit and just leave the router plugged in, this will show if a filter will help. If it does not, let's hope your new router cures it.

      My new router has arrived today, I am about to try it out so hopefully this will cure the problem once and for all. Its a sagem router, not sure if they are any better or worse than the dlink I have. Fingers crossed.

      Connection is still dropping, new router all plugged in, here are the stats just after the drop. I have no idea what to do now, can anyone help me at all?

      At least now the WLAN isn't resetting at the same time, but this proves it's not a faulty router.

      It must be your line that is either in very poor condition or has a fault. All you can do is keep on at Sky and hope they can get it fixed. It is a difficult problem as leaving for another ISP would not help as you would still have the dodgy line.

      I will call Sky again tomorrow, internet has actually been ok since 7:30 tonight right up till now so maybe the new router was just finding its best sync? I dunno really. Well the 2 BT engineers that have been said my line is in excellent condition as it passed all 3 test with a green light.

      MY connections be a pain the last hour , upsteram dropping to about 76k but the downstream was fine , just rebooted to see if that helps , was fine til they did some upgrade last week
