      Sky rang earlier this afternoon to tell me the fault has been passed to BT wholesale again. Seeing as my fault has already been passed to them about 20 times already I doubt anything will happen.

      You are forgetting one very import factor that has changed now: The Sky Executive Team are now watching for BTO's response.

      Obviously I'm not in a position to confirm anything, but I suspect that they will be in a position to squeeze certain parts of a BTO Engineer if he does not deliver something more than a satisfactory result.

      Sky phoned yesterday afternoon to tell me BT had done something (Sky don't know what) at about 11pm on Friday. This meant my connection was stable for 16 hours from Friday until Saturday afternoon, but since then it has been back to the same old, about 150 drops today so far. Told Sky, they said they will tell BT again. And the cycle continues.

      Sky phoned last night, I told them it is still doing the same thing, the man on the phone sighed (sorry am I getting annoying now, I think I am the one that has the right to sigh) and then said he will pass it on the BT...... again.

      I understand how frustrating it must be, I had this exact problem when I was with AOL. There was a fault on BT's side of things but AOL were confident that my wiring was the issue. I was proved right when it turned out that the drop wire coming to my house needed replacing.

      I think Sky are probably just as frustrated as you are, hence the sigh by the man on the phone. They don't want to lose customers especially when they are unable to solve the problem themselves and have to rely on BT to sort things out (which obviously they havent)

      Well whatever BT did the other day has made it better but it still went off 10 times last night between 7pm and 8pm and has since been stable for the past 15 hours. Hopefully they can do a bit more tweaking and get it stable during the peak times when it is worse.

      Internet was stable from 8pm last night till 8pm tonight where it has now started going off again, 10 times in the past half hour. Sky called earlier and told me that BT said it is fine. Wonder if I will still be posting about my problem this time next year?

      Contact the Exec team again. Provide them with an update and let them know that things have still not been resolved satisfactorily.

      I have just sent another email as you suggested. After nearly 24 hours stable from last night to tonight it has now gone off 25 times in the past few hours
