      disconnects during peak times

Right im posting this first but i will look through these forums after. v

Basically been on sky about 3-4 weeks and at first it was bad then it got better. Now recently its been disconnecting from 5pm onwards. i play games at a fairly high level go to lans etc. so i need the connection on non stop, and disconnecting in the middle of a match is really annoying. i also get random lagg spikes. I called sky before and they went through the usual stuff and i told them i know this stuff can you please put me through to someone higher up, eventually the lady said her supervisor would give me a call in an hour or so. He never called back.

I'm fed up of it and i am ready to cancel, i know loads of people have trouble but for some reason i expected better. So iwas just wondering if u guys know some tweaks or something to say to sky to get them to fix it.

      thanks in advance

(if it persists i will cancel and go for ukonline)
