I'm just going from what we used to do when I worked for CST - anything after 3 callouts would just be offered to cancel. As you're staff it may be different, though

The source of a REIN issue can be anywhere from your own home to the local neighbourhood, all the way back to the telephone exchange.

If you could borrow an i-Plate you should be able to quickly rule this in or out as a possible cause.

Normally REIN tends to cause an intermittent problem as the source is turned on or off.

Have you tried extracting the password & log in details and using a non-Sky router, just to see if another can resolve the problems?

Has a BTO ADSL Specialist been to have a look?

Sky Fibre Unlimited Pro: Connected at 80,000 kbps / 20,000 kbps
Previous ADSL2+ Speed 19999 kbps 1153 kbps, Line Attenuation 17.5 db 6.9 db, Noise Margin 7.5 dB 8.7 dB
      Speedtest: 17.15MB/s 0.97Mb/s Ping 31 ms

I've not tried a non sky router yet as I don't have acess to one and don't know anyone who has one.

CST an BT said that if another engineer is needed it will go off to someone higher in BT as after 4 Engineers, it starts to look really bad that BT are not doing their job correctly. I would imagine that this higher up person is an ADSL Specialist. Let's hope anyway.

As above an Iplate or 80BRF3 would help rule out REIN issues.
