That was OK when you could, but anyone who wants to join Sky broadband must also take the phone rental.

Does sky's incompetence know no bounds?
Just had an email with a tracking number saying they have posted a router out to me...

Sent an email saying I will refuse delivery. If its delivered while I'm out they can send a courier to pick it up...

It may require a signature for it to be left.

The Royal Mail would keep an item for two or three weeks (sorry I forget which) before returning it to Sky.

If one is left with you, then keep it. If after for 6 months Sky has not made arrangements for you to return it, then it is yours to do with as you wish.

      Re: moving to sky llu

Thought I would update this thread!

This will be my third attempt at ordering sky BB...
First attempt the BB order was cancelled by Sky probably because someone there ordered it before the phone line.
Second attempt the order was escalated, skytalk went activebut then the BB order got 'stuck'
Third attempt I now have someone from the 'executive team' overseeing the order, and keeping me up to date and it seems to be progressing this time. I've even got an 'install' date of the 17th November, which is further than I have got before lol
My line stats seem to have improved somewhat after the change to skytalk:

If those stats stay similar once moved to LLU then you should be good for 16Mbps+

Nice one, just keep an eye on the connection stats as DLM does it's work over the next two weeks (up to 3 days to start & up to 10 days to complete).
