Sorry you are having issues. I can understand how frustrating this must be for you.

Could you please go through the Sky Help Centres troubleshooting steps to rule out any issues that could be causing this problem, most issues can be down to a faulty micro filter or the actual broadband set up.

If you have tried all of these options and it has not resolved the problem please contact Sky directly to look into this further for you.

      Thank you for your patience.

If you do manage to fix any errors by following Sky's fault finding, it would be by luck.

I mentioned on this forum several months ago that there were some significant errors. They have still not been addressed.

Sky Fibre Unlimited Pro: Connected at 80,000 kbps / 20,000 kbps
Previous ADSL2+ Speed 19999 kbps 1153 kbps, Line Attenuation 17.5 db 6.9 db, Noise Margin 7.5 dB 8.7 dB
      Speedtest: 17.15MB/s 0.97Mb/s Ping 31 ms

      Re: please help dropping connection

The fact that your are on Sky Connect, probably the worst broadband package available in the UK, complicates things. Call Sky and insist that you are passed to someone who knows how to handle problems with the Connect package. There is a a good chance your router is causing the problem as your stats look OK, see if they will send you another..
