It would have been nice to know that it was a 1Gbit router, but then it appears to be Sky's solution for ADSL & FTTC, so a 1Gbit router wouldn't be suited for most people.

Anyway, I trust you are now a happy bunny, having moved painlessly from 02 to Sky. Just need to update your profile before the mods revolt.
Profile done, I hate been told off.

      Just to confirm,

Looks like it is only 100mb as we suspected and not the 1gig which a sky technical person told one of our members it was.

Re: Coming back to Sky Broadband

Day 2 in the Sky Broadband house, router has been solid, everything seems fine to me.

I did have to change the IP subnet etc as my NAS drive was on 192.168.1.100 which took all of a few minutes. Overall for a router I am pretty impressed.

I like the way it shows you some info without having to actually log in etc

Re: Coming back to Sky Broadband

That screen is similar to the Sagem 2304n. The shortcuts are also a useful addition for those who are a little unsure of the router.

Nice to see that you've changed the SSID already

Have you managed to check out the Anytime+ features yet on the Sky STB?

Sky Fibre Unlimited Pro: Connected at 80,000 kbps / 20,000 kbps
Previous ADSL2+ Speed 19999 kbps 1153 kbps, Line Attenuation 17.5 db 6.9 db, Noise Margin 7.5 dB 8.7 dB
      Speedtest: 17.15MB/s 0.97Mb/s Ping 31 ms
