      Newly Activated Stats

      hi guys

      ive been active for 5 days, can anyone tell me if my stats look ok

      Network Type MER


      VPI 0


      VCI 40



      Connection Speed 10237 kbps 945 kbps



      Line Attenuation 34.0db 19.7db



      Noise Margin 8.1db 13.6d

      Still a little way to go as the downstream Noise Margin target is 7dB. A jump to maybe 12meg is possible.

      If you have extensions it is probably worth checking your stats in the Test socket, using only the ADSL cable supplied by Sky. If you don't have fixed extensions, don't bother as there will be little or no difference.
