      The gamer profile is basically where they reduce your max delay so that you will get a lower ping. Lower ping=better online gaming. It's not a package, it's more like a setting, you have to call them up to get yourself on this profile.

      An important drawback to be aware of is that your connection speeds might be reduced as a result.
