      They just dont seem bothered

      all of a sudden my router stats have improved again, after numerous calls and them telling me 10mb is the most i can get its gone up to 12mb, how is this? when they are tellin me 10mb is max?

      I'd say your max speed is nearer to 20meg actually & the large noise margin you have gives massive room for improvement.

      Give it a few more days with the router on 24/7 and see what happens.

      I object to paying for 0844 calls - not on SkyTalk - so I email them from MySky & I've found them very good that way. You seem to get to people who know what they're about & are able to fix things quickly & effectively.

      Don't understand the point of the post. You've been told you'd get 10Mb (their maximum estimate) and you're getting 12Mb.

      If this is in relaton to previous problems, then i suggest to add it to that.

      I have also taken the time (as you couldn't be bothered to use your phrase) to remove the significant amount of extra line breaks in your post.
