      In fairness, the line is capped so that it will actually still hold sync at a stable rate - not Sky's fault. Also, threatening to cancel washes over on many people. If you make demands and threaten to cancel, then I'll transfer you through to turn-around in a tick.

      Good point, well made

      So they pass you over to people who say "would you like to pay 1/2 price for your lousy service?". Daft innit, but not surprising.
