      You've got huge noise margins for both upstream & downstream.

      Call Sky again and ask someone to have another go at improving your connection.

      The target noise margin is 7dB for both.

      yeah they were 5.9db 15.6db noise before the fault.bit of a difference there.well,thankyou for all your advice

      Hi.so I restarted the router.And got a better speed ,here are my stats now.seems the noise margin has improved alot .look ok or is there room for improvement?seems about returned to how it was before the line fault.ROUTER STATISTICS
