      Slow connection

      Hi, I've had alot of problems with Sky BB and gaming, im on an 8Mb connection and after 6pm every night my DL speed drops between 500Kb and 48Kb (yes 48Kb) sky blame BT etc... After reporting this time and time again they've promised me call backs which never came even sent me an email to say the problem with my phone had been fixed?????? Never knew I had a problem with my phone.

      Anyhow all online games I play are fine untill peak times except WoW, When I log in it randomly DC and my router decides to DC from the net continuously whilst playing. Other games just get high pings.

      To be honest i'm fed up of Sky, I pay then 120 a month and they dont seem interested im my issues or theyve no idea what is wrong.

      Are you on Sky Connect, if so then this is a BT product and is well known to be very poor as Sky haven't rented enough bandwidth for post 6pm.

      As Red ' says you are probably on Sky Connect, a dire broadband package. For confirmation post your stats, click here for instructions - How to get your router statistics
