Cant forward ports on Sagem :-(

Can anyone help - Im at my wits end now grrrr

I have set up the services and firewall exceptions for ports 8, 50, 123, 500 and 4500 but everytime I check them online they are showing as closed. They are set up correctly as I have port 80 forwarded to my IP camera and all is well.

Does anyone have any ideas before I stamp on the darn thing

Take a look at this blog:

      Netgear V2 Port Forwarding Tutorial

Although written for the Netgear DG934G, it should be no different.

Be aware that I have found that the user interface on the Sagem 2304n is very slow, so be patient.

Put on some strong boots and have someone else video it.

How are you checking them? Are you using the service you opened them for or one of the so called port checkers? The ports should only open for the service you set on them.
