    No Broadband Connection

      No Broadband Connection

      Hey guys
      I really do hope someone can help. I am coming so close to losing it at the moment.
      On Monday we lost our sky Broadband connection due to outages. It apparently affected the whole country. We rang up Sky and they were unable to help at this stage. The long and the short of it is we still don't have internet connection for the 3rd day.
      I was wondering if anyone has any numbers that we could ring as the ones we have tried keep telling us different things!
      I am hoping to get through to tier 2, if anyone has a number please can you PM me as I am really hoping to get this sorted!

      Sky has no outages at the moment.
      Sky Service Status

      You need to ring Sky and have it escalated. Be persistent.

      we have been and we are getting know where. This is why I ask if there is any other number I could call

      Head over to the official Sky forum and make a thread there.
      Sky Help Forum - Broadband Technical Issues - Help & Support from the Official Sky Forum

      The Mods there might be able to help you. I don't think anybody here will be able to provide you with a number other then the ones you are already aware of.

      I can't sign up there for some reason. The mods are only saying the same thing and its not really any help. Just was hoping someone here would help me out

      about 46 hours now. When we speak to Sky they haven't got a clue whats going on. Its so fustrating!

      These days, CST will aim to contact you in 72 hours. It's not a guarantee, however.

      Are you still experiencing a problem with your connection?

      With our second tier support team (CST) they will aim to provide updates within 72 hours. Due to recent delays this time scale has been increased but will contact you as soon as possible.
