      hello all,

just wondering whats going on with my DLM, it says on sky website it started on the 19th of may but every single day i check my stats even though ive left my router on my stats are exactly the same, below are the stats.

Connection Speed 11262 kbps 1114 kbps
Line Attenuation 27.5 dB 16.1 dB

Are these stats from your test socket? If not post your stats from your test socket.

Were all your extensions dead when you tried your test socket? They should be dead
Conduct a traceroute to sky.com and paste it here. In CMD type trecert bbc.co.uk and paste it here.

      Re: dlm query

go to start -> then type 'cmd' in run (windows xp) or search (windows vista/windows 7).

A black window will pop up. In the black window type 'tracert bbc.co.uk' and copy paste the trace route here.
