      Brilliant! I'll be able to head to bed and sleep better now, I got worried then.

      On that same screen, did it say 'Fail' beside 'Service Connection'? It should say 'Pass' for Anytime+ to work.

      For now, could I suggest that you use your remote control to check what is happening currently:

      Press <TV Guide> <Red> (for Anytime)

      Is the first item listed as 'Showcase' or 'All'?

      If the answer is 'Showcase' and you have a series of screen shots, then Anytime+ is enabled and working.

      If the answer is 'All' and you have just a list of programmes, then it is not currently working.

      morning!

      still no joy, not updated on sky page still says we hope yo have you activated by, 17/05/11! and were i says service connection on my settings it still says ok but still no anytime plus :.(

      12meg is a nice download speed

      DLM appears to be working well.

      Remember that DLM can take up to 10 days to complete.

      As for the MySky page being updated, it has been known to take 3 or 4 days before now. This is more down to BTO communicating the successful connection of your line than Sky failing to update your page.

      It will happen though, so please be patient.

      You have phone Sky to activate Anytime+ because it doesn't happen automatically.
