Going away for several days and do not have the Sky Router and Modem...

      Hi all,

I'm going away for several days. Basically the place I am going to, they have just setup Sky with TV and phone working but the Sky router and modem have been dispatched only today, so with the bank holidays, it will arrive next Tuesday.

My question is, if I bring the router and and modem that I have currently at my house at the moment along with cables, will it work if I plug it all in at the new house?

Any tips to get it to work? I couldn't cope without internet for several days...

      Thank you.

If there is an active sky broadband line where ever you are going your sky router will work there, if not it won't.
