      Sky are listed as an LLU operator on my local exchange
      That does not mean your are on LLU, you have probably been put on Connect due to a lack of LLU slots at your exchange. Check in your account details and see what package you are on. You could be one of the many who think they are on Unlimited when in fact, they are on Connect. If you are, call Sky and tell them you want moved to the Unlimited package asap.

      Thanks - I checked and I am definitely on Unlimited. Any chance my local exchange does have Sky hardware but its down?

      I suppose it is possible, but it would be very unusual to have an upload of 448 on Unlimited. The 510 download looks suspicious. All you can do is call Sky and ask them to reconfigure your line. You may be told you are getting all the line can handle, if you are, ask to be passed to a supervisor as you know your line can go faster. They should fix it or pass you to CST for a call back.

      Thanks all.

      I have not got time to ring this evening but sent a quick polite email stating I have tried the usual - test port, anti-virus, reboot router etc. Also posted them my stats. If I dont get any reply will ring tomorrow eve.
