      It probably resynced because the noise margin dropped too low. You'd typically expect the noise margin to fall by a few db in the evening, so it doesn't necessarily indicate a problem. If you've got hardwired telephone extensions, and haven't disconnected the ring wire from them at the master socket, that can exasperate the effect, as the ring wire picks up RF interference. see ::.       The FEC error count is a count of corrected errors, and is normally nothing to worry about.

      HEC and CRC errors are the ones to keep an eye on.

      Btw, the CRC and HEC errors ARE going up as I type.

      That is a increasingly large amount of CRC and HEC errors.

      Have you noticed your throughput being noictabley worse?

      The download speeds? All still the same and, those errors started quite randomly.

      It looks like the line is resyncing. General advice on BT's ADSLMax is to fully resync the connection at least once a day by disconnecting the power for a minute.
