      Never seen connect be affected that badly by traffic management.
      Not only violating goverment legislation but also BT's own policy on it all.

      Anything below 400kbps i think it is, altho realistically dependant on line length and area, is regarded as unacceptable by bt.

      Most are between 500kbps and 2mbps

      Lucky people are higher.

      Sorry, but you obviously live and work in an ivy covered tower. Just spend some time looking at the complaints in this forum alone. Sky is the ISP, not BT. Even BT do not 'traffic manage' as severely as Sky, nor does any other ISP who has been brought to our notice on the forum. Every member who has left for another ISP be it Plusnet, IDNet or another ISP, has expressed their delight and satifaction at getting a decent broadband service. None to my knowledge has said they were worse off.
