      The main issue is that your line is capped

      You will need to call sky and tell them that DLM left you line capped very low and ask them can they manually change it.

      They will probably ask you some questions such as:

      have you made changed?
      are you connected to the master socket?
      do you have a test socket?
      can you change the microfilter?

      since you don't have another microfilter when they ask you to change it just remove yours from the socket and then reconnect as they can see your line up time when getting someone to reconfigure it

      If they say that is the most that you can get insist on being passed to CST as you know that your line can handle more.

      When it is being reconfigured you might want to ask them to try it on both G.DMT and ADSL2+ to see which works best for you.
