      speed

      heys guys for some reason my speed seems to have droped for a while i used have 700kbs but its gone down to 500kbs and seems to keep going down.

      How to get your router statistics

      Then details of how you're setup (router location, wireless/wired, etc)

      Line Attenuation 31.5 db 14.5 db
      Noise Margin 7.6 db 13.0 db

      i have wireless but stoped useing and change to useing cables dont no if i needed to change over from wireless

      Right, that shows you're connected at 4Mbps which will give downloads around 400KB/sec

      However, the attenuation would suggest you should be connecting at least double that so we now need to know the rest of your setup:

      - How many sockets do you have?
      - Are all sockets in use filtered?
      - Is the router in the master socket?
      - Do you have a test socket (http://www.skyuser.co.uk/forum/view-master.html)

      ok i phoned sky and thay reset my speed or some think and it seems to be back to normal thx for help any way
