      Ah in that case you need to go into the router and press the Sky button and see if gives you an error code, the chances are it will, there have been a number of posts about this happening and SkyBB TS need to pass it onto to tier 3 to fix it.

      Some Advice.. Its always advisable to inform your old ISP as soon as you have migrated that you have moved.

      Tried the Sky Test button last night - got error code 300... Is this known? Are there any threads dealing with this issue?

      This is known and this is what it means

      Error 300 = No Ip address possible fix, try rebooting the router by pushing a pen or something into the reset button if this fails turn it off for an hour, if you still get error 300 ring TS for more help

      So call SkyBB TS only advice I am able to give now sorry
