Why do you want a new router?

Maybe you could have formatted it a bit better, it is a bit difficult to read like that.

Depends what you'd define as 'OK'. For what the line should handle? No, it's not OK and should be getting quite a bit more.
Have you actually taken the advice from your numerous other threads and fixed your wiring yet?

Have you changed the channel? Checked your set up?
From what I can see speed looks ok but I haven't had enough coffee yet to decipher it all posted in a long line like that
Login to your router (192.168.0.1) user admin password sky Click set up top left, and look for your wireless channel. Chances are its set to auto. Change to 11 or 13 for starters, click apply down the page and give it a go.

Did you do as I suggested here? -

Something is seriously wrong with your wiring or your speed has been capped
Please do as 'Isitme' has asked. With your attenuation you should be capable of getting similar speeds to my own connection(see my stats in my signature).
As for the issue being relating to Wifeless, I don't think that is the main issue in this instance. The stats are from the router, not from a speed test site.
I would suggest swapping Micro-Filters to ensure that you don't have one which is faulty.
I would also double check that the Micro-Filter is the first item plugged into the Master Telephone Socket, before ANY splitter for the Sky+ HD STB or anything else.

right sorry guys, the adsl cable is plugged into a filter which has the sky tv connected aswell could this be why ive tried ringing but they say theres no problems :/

It is safe to plug the Sky TV into the telephone socket IN the filter, just not before.
The wording on the splitter for the Sky TV lead is misleading in the extreme IMHO.
could you repost your stats to indicate if everything has been resolved?
