    router trouble

      router trouble

      i have a sagem f@st 2504 from sky ive have this one for about six months and now it cuts out and loses connection i get error messages saying cannot perform task connection lost and this also happens when im on face book playing games im so frustrated im at my wits end i hope you can help thanks

      Are you connecting via WiFi or Ethernet cable?

      Also could you post your stats please? For this could you include the whole list (i.e. connection times, speed, attenuation, noise margin)

      If you are connecting wireless might not be a bad idea to download inSSIDer link in signature.

      whilst not necessarily the issue at hand it may come in handy.

      can't say much more until you post the stats
