      Re: negative noise margin

      Did it only start yesterday?

Did it resolve itself yesterday after a certain amount of time?

Did you notice anything such as street lights comin on or neighbours coming home around the time it happened?

      Re: negative noise margin

Wow servers shouldn't make a difference.

I was thinking along the lines of REIN see Sig for more info

Best idea would be to monitor it over another day or two and see if it keeps happening at the same time of day and notice what happens around you at the same time.

      Re: negative noise margin

I've been having the same problem for about 3 months and Sky have still not managed to resolve it. Like you it just started happening one day, even though nothing in my setup had changed. Sky have done all manner of trouble shooting and settings changes on their end and sent me a new router, but the problem still exists. They are now considering sending out a line engineer at my cost, but I'm not sure if I want to go with that! Look forward to hearing how you get on, as I'd really like to get it resolved!

      Re: negative noise margin

Sounds like it might just have been a random noise spike.

Either that or it was REIN and said device is no longer being used.
