If you transfer both you will probably become an SVBN customer.

Some people have reported a slightly lower sync when they migrated to SVBN.

Make sure that you are getting unlimited or everyday lite for Broadband and not connect

What is SVBN and yes I chose unlimited.

Judging by what I have read am I right in think that be have to let the line go before sky can take it?

If this is the case once be remove my line will sky take it over automatically (meaning no need to pay 80+ fee to re activate it) or will I have to have my line reactivated?

Did O2 have to relinquish control of the line before sky took it over or did the transfer take place with O2 still in control of the line?

Normally you just sign up for Sky and they do everything. You don't have to cancel your existing supplier, although it always a good thing to advise them you have moved after you have done, to be sure they do not continue to charge you.

Re: I have just canceled my be broadband and ordered sky but I have a questioon.

I got a email from sky asking me to contact them while I was on the phone I asked about the transfer process they said that I am in a sky broadband area so it is able to be done without a mac code so I feel much more at ease now I did not contact customer services initially because I did not expect it to be as easy of an experience as it turned out.
