      the router they send out is a lottery , the agent cant tell you what you will receive

      but the sounds of it they have all got bugs

      I've just taken a look at my Sky Netgear router. It's currently what I am using to connect to the Internet.

      I appears to have a similar issue. This suggests that the problem is to do with the servers that send the time to the routers, not a router fault.

      Sky Fibre Unlimited Pro: Connected at 80,000 kbps / 20,000 kbps
      Previous ADSL2+ Speed 19999 kbps 1153 kbps, Line Attenuation 17.5 db 6.9 db, Noise Margin 7.5 dB 8.7 dB
      Speedtest: 17.15MB/s 0.97Mb/s Ping 31 ms

      Will the latest firmware fix this..if so can can you force the update..
      Been activated a week now with no sync or update through the night.

      What made me aware of this was a new sky customer this week with the d-link posted his log info with the time/date listed on it..
      I will look for the thread post...think it was stevie something..activated just before me 2/3 march

      but it has never worked in firefox but in IE or opera works everytime

      I'm using IE8.

      The time stamps I do get have increased naturally since the router was powered up. This leads me to believe that the routers are not connecting to the Time Servers.

      but the problem is we cant apply the setting in firefox or chrome

      The poster with the log stats with time/date was using a sagem router..sorry to mislead..
      Anyone using the sagem can they confirm that they get the time/date in the log files..
