    DLM ..2 days...no change in stats

      DLM ..2 days...no change in stats

      Posted this on another thread (sorry about reposting)

      After my call to sky ..they started DLM. my stats have been like this since (monday)
      I also noticed in my log I have no time/date next to log info ..Is this normal.

      Nothing seems to have changed from monday morning (7/3/11)
      Broadband was activated on 4/3/11

      Your router has not resynced for nearly 2 days. This means that DLM is not running. Call Sky and ask them to configure your connection manually. If they say that you have to wait till DLM completes, ask them to confirm to you that it has actually been started. All it requires is a button to be pressed.

      About the log files should there be a time/date in the info box..

      If your WAN uptime does not show a resync tonight call them back and tell them it is not working. For some reason there seems to have been a lot of problems with DLM failing to start/run recently, hopefully they will get it sorted out soon.

      Even on skys systems it is saying two different things

      Swish is saying that it is not running - tier 1 tool

      Lama is saying that it is running - CST tool
