OK - This seems to be happening overnight. I was checking it right up to 9pm last night and it was fine. This morning, back down again. How odd.

You could try running Routerstats Lite for a few days. That should show when the drop is occuring and may give a clue to what is causing it.

Re: Why does my sync keep dropping?

Interesting. Routerstats reports that around 3.34am, there was no sync or noise margin until 4.08am. At that point, a resync occurred at 12523. The noise margin was at 7, but then steadily increased to 9.

So I'll do the same thing tonight. I wonder what's going on at 3.30am ???

I wonder if it might be appropriate to call Sky at this stage and try to get through to CST?

They would have additional access to stats that you can't view. This information would show and they might be able to pick up enough other information to identify the cause.

Can't say that i know all of the systems that CST have but I can't think of one off hand that would have anymore stats.

That's not to say that they won't be able to help though.

That's why User05 gets paid more in CST I guess.

Also his spelling is much better too.

no = a negative used to express dissent, denial, or refusal, as in response to a question or request

know = to perceive or understand as fact or truth

      Just noticed that post.

      You are very nice.

CST don't actually get that much more just better systems and an easier life.
