which would be fine if the script was perfect, which it really isn't.
Best hope no one listens to my calls then

Check it once or twice a day for changes/updates, but mostly only ever open it for the mandatory statement for phone lines, even though I can recite it in my sleep, yep sad I know

The problems that you are both describing are common with many different Call Centres.

Unfortunately whether we, the non-management, like it or not, this is what tier 1, in this instance, produce and the customers are going to get.

Whether the bosses get proved right or wrong is their consequence. Let them get the flack. Customers can write letters of complaint when it is necessary to do so.

If the tier 1 personnel have done as they were advised, then the bosses will eventually feel the need to correct things.

Unfortunately experience tells me that one or two tier 1 staff might end up on a 'black list' and be pushed out of their jobs, just because they followed the rule book. Others who try to stick their head above the others can also become sacrifices, so be careful.

It is not possible, either your sync speed or download speed is being reported wrongly. Most likely the second.

Note - When downloading always select the Custom install or you will end up with stuff you don't want.
