      Free Space Invaders

You might just want to hack it and replace the Aliens with pics of customers.

The saucers could be replaced with pics of team leaders or line managers.
The pics would be of the people who decided not to give us more system access.

      Re: New connection

im getting a new router delivered 2moro as the dlink wont apply some settings which the CS agent reproduced and the router wont upgrade firmware.

was on phone with him for 1.5hours trying to up my speed but still syncing at 6334.
he booked a callback for tomoro.

Glad that you are moving forward with the issue and aren't being told that 3.5Mb is you max like you were when you called at the beginning.

      Woohoo!

Another reason to consider purchasing a Filter Faceplate I believe.

My reasons behind that suggestion is because they offer superior electronics than the standard micro-filters supplied by ISPs.

I am aware that Sky's have a history of being hit-or-miss, but the faceplates are better.

      Re: New connection

yip i will be buying a faceplate as soon as i can.
when i saw the stats i was pretty happy

ive had 4 agents trying to help me but only one took the bull by the horns.
one agent was argumentitive and awkward, another one i could feel on the phone was out of their depth but nice nevertheless
and the 1st one didnt know anything but tried to help

so heres hoping no more dramas

If tier 1 agents either had access to better systems or more training then you probably would have got the issue resolved by the first agent.

      so true

the difference in knowledge between the agents i spoke to was vast
seems to me some people do the job without learning outside the job whilst others educate themselves to learn more about what they do

      but thats life

Biggest problem we have these days is that we are basically being told not to think outside the box and to basically read the script word for word.

which would be fine if the script was perfect, which it really isn't.
